Arbor Day Foundations “Lied Lodge”

THE PROJECT:

 This project consisted of complete design and renovation of 140 guest rooms and suites, 14,000 sq. ft of meeting spaces, a full lobby refresh, complete dinning room renovation, and an ADA conversion of all common area bathrooms, as well as complete design and procurement of all FF&E.  A second phase included refurbishment of the the olympic swimming pool, exterior paint of the building, and a new roof.  

THE CAUSE: 

The Arbor Day Foundation is the world leader in the movement to plant trees and protect the environment through stabilizing our fragile ecosystems.  Elements Hospitality was fortunate to team up with Wyndham Worldwide in the renovation of Lied Lodge.  Through our extensive network of quality subcontractors and vendors, along with the coordination of volunteer labor, we produced a top quality renovation for a fraction of the cost.  This renovation of the entire facility will be appreciated by thousands visiting the lodge for leisure or business for years to come.  The refresh of the property will help to generate income to further the great work of The Arbor Day Foundation.
